Assassin's Creed PC $5 on Steam - briefly

The PC version of Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed has been marked down to just $5 on Steam as part of a midweek madness sale. The sale will run up to Thursday. Called the Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut, the PC game features four extra mission types over the console version: archer assassination, rooftop race challenge, merchant stand destruction challenge and escort challenge. FYI, Assassin's Creed II (Xbox 360, PS3) hits stores on November 17.
