Fallout 3 Getting Two More DLC Expansions - briefly|
| (hx) 06:19 PM CEST - May,19 2009 | Bethesda Softworks sent out a press release announcing that two more expansions will be released later this year. The first expansion is titled Point Lookout, which will take place in a large swamp area with new quests. It will be released via download in late June. The second expansion is titled Mothership Zeta and is all about aliens landing in Fallout's post-apocalyptic world. That expansion is due out in late July. Both Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta will cost 800 Microsoft points for PC owners to download
In addition, a Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition will hit retailers in October, packing the original version of the post-apocalyptic action-RPG along with the five add-ons. The PC version will sell at $49.99, with the Xbox 360 and PS3 iterations at $59.99. The PC and Xbox 360 downloadable content will also hit retail in the form of disc-based Fallout 3 Game Add-on Packs. The first, due May 26, contains The Pitt and Operation: Anchorage, with the August-due second including Broken Steel and Point Lookout. |
