Electronic Arts today announced that
Crysis, the sci-fi FPS
developed by Crytek, is now shipping to stores in North America and Europe. The
folks at Metacritic have collected
a list of other reviews from publications like PC Gamer,
Gamepro,
Gamespot and
IGN,
who (almost) all praise Crysis' gameplay. The title's critic "metascore" is a
cool 93%, too. If you'd like to see for yourself before you buy,
a demo of Crysis
has been out for the past couple of weeks.
In related news, NVIDIA has released
a new beta version
169.09 WinXP ForceWare reference driver for NVIDIA graphics cards. The
release notes call this the "Recommended driver for Crysis."

Gamespot.com is really cute :)
The Bad
* The single-player story ends
* Will laugh at every CPU and GPU thrown at it
* No team deathmatch.
