Am I the only one who is tired of hearing programmers piss and moan about
how hard everything is? "PS3 is hard to code for" "Multithreaded games
are hard to code" "Nvidia's CUDA is tough" and so forth. Hey guys...you're
programmers. If you wanted an easy job, you picked the wrong field! Sorry!
:-D So suck it up and get programming, dammit! :)

That sentence makes a whole lot of sense. | |
| djRom | (04:00 PM CET - Feb,28 2007 ) | | I thought they said a few days ago they would release some dx10 agp cards... | |
| darknothing | (01:19 AM CET - Mar,01 2007 ) | | they did lol... | |
| xxxx | (11:04 PM CET - Mar,01 2007 ) | This article is total BS. AGP can/could support DX10. AGP wasn't even fully utilized (thanks to nVidia and ATI crafting their cards in another way). Despite the 2x 4x and 8x agp, we never even barely crossed the limit of 2x, if we did at all!
This was just another marketing tactic, 'maybe if we put 8800 on AGP we can increase profits'. Obviously someone was clued in enough to say 'NOT'.
