Alan Wake pushed back to 2008? - briefly|

reports that US Official Xbox Magazine has published news of further
delays. According to the publication,
Alan Wake, Remedy's psychological thriller has been postponed and now won't
make it to store shelves until some time in 2008. Of course, Remedy has yet to
announce an official release date for the game, so whether the title has been
postponed at all or whether it will come out in 2007 or 2008 is within the realm
of hearsay at this point. TVG says it will have more information soon, though.
One thing's for sure: considering the game's visuals, some PC gamers out there
(including me) will be happy to have time to upgrade.
Here's what Petri from Remedy said about it on the
official boards: "Yes. We haven't announced anything on the release date.
Once we do, you'll definitely hear about it here. I'm really happy with
all the recent progress O:-)" |
