Zero Point Software has announced
Project IM (teaser
trailer), an upcoming first-person shooter that will utilize Unreal Engine
3. Here's some info from French website

Shortly, I can inform you that "Project IM" is a next generation AAA, FPS
computer game currently in the pre-development phase, and in negotiation with
publishers and investors.
We have chosen Epic Games Unreal 3 engine for the next phase.
