I am so incredibly busy these days. Man, so many good games...Age of Empires III, F.E.A.R, Quake 4, etc, etc... Hell, why has the day 24 hours only?

Here's some stuff:
  • New PS2 Region Free DVD Product Strips DVD Region Protection From Sony PlayStation2 - A new DVD Region Free product dubbed 'ZONE FREE DVD for PS2' is launching this week at www.zfdvd.com. Zone Free DVD is a Playstation2 DVD disc which removes the region coding from any Sony PS2 video game system world wide. This is including the new smaller "PSTwo Slim" version of PS2.
  • E3 2005 Xbox 360 Faceplate Does Not Fit - Playfeed reports that the special edition Xbox 360 faceplate Microsoft gave away at the E3 2005 show does not fit onto the final Xbox 360. How funny is that? Apparently Microsoft still made some changes to the case after the E3 2005 show.
  • 4GB Sony PSP HDD review - Lik-Sang reviewed the hottest accessory for the Sony PSP - the Datel MAX 4GB Hard-drive add-on for the Sony PSP.
  • Vista To Include Antispyware Software - Following the release on Monday of the latest beta of Windows Vista, Microsoft has confirmed that it plans to integrate its antispyware software into the operating system. The move could set Microsoft in a pitched battle against Internet security vendors and potentially government antitrust regulators as the company prepares for the 2006 release of Windows Vista.
  • Teen Uses Worm to Promote Site - The unknown 19-year-old, who used the name "Samy," put a small bit of code in his user profile on MySpace, a 32-million member site, most of whom are under age 30. Whenever Samy's profile was viewed, the code was executed in the background, adding Samy to the viewer's list of friends and writing at the bottom of their profile, "... and Samy is my hero."
  • Blog Spammers Take Aim at Google - Google Inc.'s free BlogSpot service has become a happy hunting ground for spammers cashing in on the easy integration of AdSense advertisements into the 'push-button' publishing tool. Over the past few days, the situation has spiraled out of control, prompting outrage from bloggers and third-party blog search providers and an acknowledgement from Google that there's a "tricky problem" to be solved.
  • Google forced to drop Gmail name in the UK - Google has been forced to rename its GMail email service in the UK because of a legal dispute. A London-based firm, Independent International Investment Research says it has been using the Gmail name for a web-mail application since 2002.
  • Thompson refuses to keep 10k promise - As another group of developers brings Jack Thompson's infamous game concept to life, the notorious anti-videogames critic is still refusing to keep his part of the bargain and give USD 10,000 to charity.

  • McDonalds makes a meal of Nintendo Net access - Nintendo and McDonald's have struck a deal to offer gamers free Internet access in restaurants across the US. The service means that owners of the Nintendo DS console will be able to grab a burger while they play selected games against people around the world - without paying a fee, reports the BBC.
  • Secret code 'traces copies' - A secret code embedded in many colour laser jet printers allows the US government and any other organisation capable of reading the cipher to identify when the copies were made and on which particular machine, according to research conducted by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF).
  • Fastest LCD Monitor! - ViewSonic yesterday announced the release of a 2ms LCD monitor for the China market, with the company claiming it to be the world’s fastest LCD monitor. The new 19-inch model (VX922) is priced at 4,222 yuan (US$521) and has a native resolution of 1280×1024, a contrast ratio of 650:1 and features a brightness of 270 nits
  • Sony announces new All-in-One LCD TV and PC - New Sony VAIO VA TV-PC VGC-VA10G and VGC-VA11G feature a 20 inch LCD TV (1366x768pixels) with Sony XBRITE technology. The PC inside the monitor is powered by a Intel Pentium 4 with either 3 or 3.2Ghz. The Sony VAIO VA TV-PC runs Windows XP Media Center Edition. Other features include, DVD-Burner, wi-fi, 1GB RAM, 250GB/320GB HDD and a Radeon X700 video card
  • Maxtor OneTouch III 1TB Consumer Storage System - The Maxtor OneTouch III, Turbo Edition comes in a 600GB or 1TB capacity and features a triple USB 2.0/FireWire 400/FireWire 800 interface. The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the 600GB is $549.95 and $899.95 for the 1TB. The Maxtor OneTouch III ships in December.
  • Intel 'Robson' Makes Your Notebook Boot Faster - Intel's new Robson cache technology ensured an almost immediate start-up of a Centrino-based notebook PC during a live demonstration at the Intel Developer Forum in here Monday. A laptop with identical hardware but without Robson took several seconds to boot up. The laptop with Robson also opened Adobe Reader in 0.4 seconds, while the other notebook required 5.4 seconds. It opened Quicken in 2.9 seconds, while the laptop without Robson technology needed 8 seconds to do the job.
  • Samsung Handset with Hard Drive - The V7900 allows users to store two or three full-length movies (at 1.1-5GB each) or more than 700 music files (at 4MB each). The V7900 also supports the latest multimedia compression technologies -MPEG-4/H.264 (for video) and MPEG-4 AAC/AAC+ (for audio). High-performance dual speakers are mounted on the exterior folder to provide 64-polyphonic stereo sound.
  • Sony Ericsson Unveils 3G Walkman Phone - Sony Ericsson today announced the W900, the company's first Walkman phone for 3G networks. The phone contains 470MB of internal memory and supports Memory Stick PRO Duo cards for up to 2 GB of additional memory.
  • The EnterTrainer Excer-Tainment Accessory - The EnterTrainer is a remote control fitness device which allows you to continue watching your television only if you stay within your target heart rate - Wau! what a great self-torture device. The EnterTrainer comes with a wireless strap-on heart rate monitor. The devices monitors you target heart rate. If you start missing the goal the volume of the remote controlled TV is going down.
  • DOOM Movie Sequel? - Karl Urban and Rosamund Pike, who play the brother-and-sister monster-hunting team of John and Samantha Grimm in the upcoming SF movie Doom, are signed for sequels, though producer John Wells said that no such sequel is yet in the works.

Seems that they edited the article about the E3 2005 Xbox 360 Faceplate as they jumped the gun saying it wouldnt fit. :roll:

Ya there are lots of good games. I got FEAR the other day and just got Age of Empires 3. Pretty cool games. You could say my nights are occupied. Hehehe.
