Serious Sam 2 MP co-op confirmed - media

2K Games sent out a press release announcing the multiplayer features of Serious Sam II, the sequel to popular arcade first person shooter.The game will include co-op multiplayer, mentioning that on the PC 16 players can play through the game via LAN or online, while the Xbox version allows 4 people to play co-op using Xbox Live or system link. Serious Sam II will be released for PC and Xbox this fall.

Update: According to Seriously!, Deathmatch will be added in a patch after the game ships.
