• Sony PS3 Fans need to Buy a Microsoft Xbox 360? - Based on an analyst report circulating last week that Sony might delay the Sony PS3 launch to 2007 if the Microsoft Xbox 360 is a flop. Continuing this thought one could think this would imply that Sony PS3 fans should buy a Xbox 360 to make sure they get a Sony PS3 in 2006.
• PiperJaffray sees fast break for Xbox 360 - Gikas said the 360 is "very much on track to ship in November in the US and Europe," and will "likely ship a couple of weeks later in Japan." The figures, which were reported by Forbes Magazine, show 1 million Xbox 360s shipping in North America during 2005, with 400,000 units going to Europe and 200,000 to Japan.
• Xbox 360 shown off with no games - So we got it from a reliable source who recently caught a gander of an Xbox 360 prototype that Microsoft was showing off that unsurprisingly the device didn't even have any playable games. Yes, you read that right, Microsoft could only show off the Xbox dashboard and media features, not gameplay.
• Ridge Racer 6 details emerge [Xbox 360] - Ridge Racer 6 will join the growing list of games that will be available at the console's launch. The research firm Piper Jaffray expects 25 to 40 games to be available for Microsoft's new console by the end of the 2005 holiday season.
• True Crime New York City - Website Launched [multi] - Activision today launched an all-new offical website for True Crime New York City. The website includes game details, screenshots, and other such information.
• Top 25 GameCube Games of All-Time - GameSpy has posted a list of the best 25 games ever to hit Nintendo's 'Cube.

• One Piece: Grand Battle [PS2] - Those of you who had a Dreamcast and played Powerstone have a vague idea of what to expect: running around and hitting each other in 3D freedom. The fighting arena in Grand Battle is larger (relative to the characters) than your usual Virtua Fighter-descended 3D fighter; the game allows the characters to freely roam about looking for weapons, power-ups, or strategic advantages instead of facing off against each other at all times.
• Radiata Stories [PS2] - The game stars a lad named Jack Russell (not the lead singer of Great White). He's an up and coming knight that's a descendant of a renowned Royal Radiata knight
