Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory official SP demo - demo

Ubisoft has released the official single-player demo (local US mirror ~ 603MB) for Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, allowing you to check out their upcoming third-person stealth action sequel. The demo features the same Lighthouse mission at Punta Blanco, tutorial and multiplayer map as before, but now with a minor bug fix. It's also includes unremovable DirectX 9 distribution, so it's a bit larger than previous demo from PC Games magazine cover disk. Another mirrors: 3DGamers, WP, FileFront, FileShack, JustGamers.
