Hunting Unlimited 3 retail patch v1.2 - ValuSoft has issued a new patch for Hunting Unlimited 3, upgrading the first-person hunting action sequel by SCS Software to version 1.2. Succinct word on the change in this release is: "minigame: Visibility problems fixed."
UT2004 Beta Patch 3353 to 3354 Changes - Another UT2004 beta patch has been released for semi-private testing.

HaloUT Content Pack 1.75 - The HaloUT team has released Content Pack 1.75 of their mod. This new release includes many new features, bug fixes, and more. The team reports that this is their last content pack until the release of the HaloUT Total Conversion.
Painkiller: Gold Edition Announced - DreamCatcher Games announced Painkiller: Gold Edition. The DVD set will include the original game, the Battle out of Hell expansion pack and a making-of video. Painkiller: Gold Edition will be released in March.

Atari To Shut Down Two US Offices - According to their statement, Atari will be closing both their Santa Monica, CA and Beverly, MA offices and consolidating their US publishing efforts in their main New York City branch
First Details on EA vs. Marvel - While it's been known that EA and Marvel were working together on a comic/game crossover, no details were revealed aside from the working title, EA vs. Marvel. However, in an interview with Newsarama, comic book writer Greg Pak explained, "...it's a super cool crossover miniseries which throws a team of classic Marvel characters against a team of brand new superheroes created by the brilliant folks at EA." The new title appears to be Marvel Nemesis: The Imperfects. (thanks ShackNews)
