Valve has notified European customers that their personal data may have been exposed in a cyberattack.
The breach hit CEVA Logistics, the company that ships Steam hardware in Europe, between July 29 and August 1.
Exposed information includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and order details for Steam hardware purchases.
Payment information, passwords, and Steam Guard codes were not affected.
Valve is warning customers to expect fake messages claiming to be from Steam or delivery companies.
The company says it is working with CEVA and notifying data protection authorities.
