the posting said.

Test equipment for 40-Gbit/second networking continues to emerge, as
vendors at the National Fiber Optic Engineers Conference announced products
illustrating that the technology is ready even if the market isn't. Spirent
Communications announced 43-Gbit/s optical interfaces for its OTA-4400
bit-error-rate tester, complementing the system's previously announced ability
to test electronics at that speed.
- Warchalking is theft, says Nokia - Warchalking, the technique of

onto any flat surface and use a light source to track the movement of fingers
on that image.

list of the
music CDs that 1. Prevent you from copying it for personal use or

like PlayStation, MP3 players, consumer CD duplicators, high-end stereo

- ABIT system brings high performance to budget GeForce4 - ABIT is
making a play for the high performance graphics market
with a new cooling system that it claims will allow you to push performance of
a GeForce4 Ti4200 chip up to the level of a Ti4600. The company has just
completed a European tour extolling the virtues of the Siluro GF4 Ti4200 OTES,
which will be available on 23rd September, and expects a UK street price for
the card below L150, so you get Ti4600 for about half the price.
- 2GHz Celeron Introduced - Intel today introduced the
Intel Celeron processor at 2 GHz. Intel Celeron processors provide
consumers with a great way to get on the Internet. The Intel Celeron processor
at 2 GHz delivers the right combination of features and frequency at an
appropriate price point for the value desktop consumer market segment. Based
on the 0.13-micron process technology, the processor utilizes the 478-pin
packaging, and features a 400 MHz system bus. In 1,000-unit quantities, the
desktop Intel Celeron processor at 2 GHz is priced at $103.
- ATI 9000 Round-Up - In general,
the RADEON 9000 Pro beats the GeForce4 MX 440 by a small margin and often
lags behind the MX 460 (being cheaper). Therefore, we can say that this
solution takes a middle position on the market. In spite of some performance
inferiority the RADEON 9000 Pro has better prospects than the GeForce4 MX 460
because the latter lacks both for shaders (except half-hardware vertex
shaders) and normal high-level anisotropy.
- The Satellite Pro 6100 Review (Toshiba's high performance notebook)
- As you might have guessed it the addition of the NVIDIA Geforce4 420 GO chip
and S-Video out makes a great necessity for presenting business orientated
presentations on large monitors or projectors. With its integrated P4 1.7Gig
mobile chipset the
Satellite Pro 6100 delivers a new dimension to modern day mobile computing
for the business user. The aspect able performance enables consumers to run
today's modern business based applications at maximum efficiency. Working with
word, excel, PowerPoint and even advanced programs such as 3D studio max
shouldn't be a problem with this notebook
