Bethesda: No Current Plans for Elder Scrolls V - briefly

Speaking at QuakeCon, Todd Howard has answered a question about Bethsoft's future by saying they have 'no current plans' for an Elder Scrolls 5:
Howard took a few questions from the audience but didn't give out much info on their future projects, saying only, "We are working on our next big game but we are not talking about it." Don't look a new Elder Scrolls game in the near future; Howard said there are no current plans for an "Elder Scrolls 5." As far as an Elders Scrolls based MMO, he said in jest, "There's always a chance." He gave no new info on the third party developed Fallout: New Vegas, due out next year. He did confirm that they are through with creating any more Fallout 3 DLC content.
Ed.note: Instead of Elder Scrolls 5 they are making Elder Scrolls MMO. They just registered a whole bunch of domains for this.

What a pity they have decided to follow the $$ signs.. sorry, the masses.
It's what made Bethesda unique, HUGE unique single player TES. Obliv cracked out over a million copies as well.
How many more MMO do we need? :roll:

DONT MAKE A MMO!
THe market is to full and more mmo´s are on the way.
Its a crowded market that is losing players.
Is there room for yet a nather fantasy mmo?
I say no.
I would like them to focus on the types of games thay have made in the past.

Maby do a space exploing game like Mass Effect 2, X3 terran conflict and sins of a solar empire all in one.
Stratigic space sim, with rollplaying leveling and space and land combat in a 3d world.
WITH NO LOAD TIMES.

The future is not MMO, its MGW (Massive Gaming World)
