Sierra has released
a playable demo (396MB) for
Ice Age 2: the Meltdown (product page), allowing you to try out this new 3rd-person platform action game. This demo allows you to play at least two levels as the squirrel Scrat.

My 7yo sis loves it. Has all the standard game mechanics ala Toy Story, CrashBash, "that-medieval-skeleton", lots of variety in the game, short. Somewhat suitable for older children, also Smile.
