This game is a classic example of misdirected development resources. They spent enormous effort and money on voicing every character in the game, then overlaid it onto a bog-standard MMO gameplay framework that isn't even up to the level of EverQuest.

Bioware is a story-crafting company. MMOs are not good story vehicles. They should have stuck to what they know and made KoTOR3, but the siren's call of the Big Gigantic MMO Cash Cow was too strong for them to resist. Also, they need to separate themselves from EA; that ship is sinking.

Imperial agent was my favorite story in closed. The sith stories were kind of fun and predictable though. Jedi had the worst that made no sense whatsoever.

I really liked trooper with the robot and the fact that the chick (can't remember name now) who does fem shep voice did fem trooper voice Smile. The story was like a watered down action flick (die hard 2 with the ex mils mercs etc).
