If you are looking for something new, you will be looking for the rest of your life, because everything has been done atleast once before.

Alien invasions? Crysis

RTS? Command and Conquer

TBS? Civilization

FPS? Wolfenstein 3D

In the end, all games besides the first of the Genre are copies of those that came before it, except the storyline and characters (if any storyline at all)

Pretty much Kirby.

This game however does not interest me at all Resistance 1 was ok it had splitscreen that made it really fun. This one though doesn't look at all interesting to me. I made the mistake of buying Resistance 2, I wont make that mistake with this one.

This is no excuse for lazy developers dude! They dont do anything, dont even try to do anything new!
As few exceptions nowadays, there are games that have interesting plot that is combined with interesting gaming experience!
What i play now is Dead Space 2... i dont like this horror genre but this game gives good story - plus movie like experience! Really nice!
It has atmosphere and yet a simple "corridor" gameplay.... nothing new since DOOM, but yet - if you put effort and creativity - there you go, you have something interesting and original!
So, as i says, this is no excuse for developers! And definitely its excuse for me not to spend money on this crap, and pirate it.
