Is that another way of saying that the user finds the demo a pile of manure! and therefore saves them buying the FULL horse, Peter?
Demos have been around since they were originaly called shareware, (often a third of the game) which you picked up for a mere fraction. After the piss poor sales of Fable previously, Peter has to find a new route to disguise the disappointing garbage -previously he had said that this was the last Fable, etc, etc. blah,blah.... but since joining billy's fan club he's found you can 'sign' fans and count episodic as a sale AND therefore no one can actualy find out how crap Fable# true ending is unless they 'sign up' to all the (how many parts does this appear to be eventualy released in??) and part with their wads.
By the time it sinks in, pete's already covered his losses and you've commited to either binning it or buying it. |
