Hey guys,
I'm looking to upgrade my dated gaming rig so I could play some of the newer stuff like the Witcher 3 (I know it's not new but considering my budget - it is.)
So, here are my specs:
8 GB RAM
GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDRR5
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
500 GB of HDD memory
I'm having a good time playing games like Civilization but my PC struggles even when running the Witcher 2. What would you recommend I upgrade? My CPU perhaps?
Also, looking for some titles similar to TW3 that you could recommend - perhaps something that I could run right now before I even upgrade my PC.
Thanks, Matty

|

So, what do you recommend I upgrade, perhaps get 16 GB RAM or change my CPU? |

I've been reading some Reddit threads on the topic and decided to change my CPU. Going through some top 10 lists almost all of them say that i7-8700k should be good enough but I'm seeing that i9-9700 might be better? This article lists both of them but I got a feel that 9700 is too expensive for the value? |
