Very good news as I found the current version to unreliable (e.g. currently it states there's a driver update but does not provide any way to install it). v3.0 will fix that up nicely I'm sure. |

Say what?? I've been updating the driver all the time through their bloated geforce experience. Scary man, I think you need glasses.

I consider GeForce Experience bloatware, so thanks, but no thanks.
I'll install it the day it gets me any actual, measurable benefit.
Until then, I'll let the fanboïs have all fun. |

If nvidia Experience is too much for your PC, maybe you should consider a console. With or without NX, my games perform exactly the same and as a matter of fact most times I even run video's or just music from my 2nd screen while playing. But I doubt you really are having issues with NX. You're just yapping and trying to sound smart again.

You said it. No improvements whatsoever. That makes it bloatware.
They are marketing it with tuned performance profiles for gamers (which implies higher performance because who the heck would tune performance down), hence the disappointment.

Well, since I am not using it, I can't be having problems with it, can I?
So, yeah, I guess that makes me a smartass. |

I just need the drivers, everything else I consider space and resources wasted.
I'm glad they still make the two available separately, I tremble at the idea this may change. |

I removed NX from my PC, it made no difference in my games. FPS wise anyway. Memory didn't change enough for any significant effect. Of course if you are an idiot and leave automatic game scanning on well then periodically it sweeps your system for games. But what real gamer would do something as stupid as leaving something on automatic. |
