Yea I don't recall the game being that awesome. I played it and thought it was shit. Granted I'm old as fuck all now but I still have my memory. |

Ok, so I am not alone. I also ditched this title on the account of sucking big time.
I do remember that there was a huge hype around it though - which may have been artificial hype as the game was just plain bad. |

Daikatana was up there with Duke Nukem Forever. And was on the go probably when that was due for release! It, graphically, was a complete turd. The AI was non existent and there was more non playable aspects of the game than was playable...
It too am a living fossil, what killed me more is he released a demo! Talk about being in denial. |

Legendary indeed. So legendary in suckage, anything within 50 feet got sucked into the black hole of suckage it created. A friend offered me a *cough backup cough* of it when it came out and I told him H-to-the-ell no!
BTW, did I mention the game sucked? |

daikatana shit?
+1....0000000000000000000000000
and I tried so hard to play it and to believe that it doesn't suck.
cannot be compared to Duke, I played Duke 3D like 3-4 times even when it was by all standards old and outdated (having it finally run in 1024x768 demanded that I play it again...in the age of voodoo 2 cards :p ) |

I said Duke Nukem Forever, not Duke 3D. I even have Duke Nukem 3D the Penthouse level. Released by Penthouse magazine. Shake it, baby! |
