Agreed! They sell some sort of entertainment, as mentioned in the vid, Hollywood style.

Thats why i find my self playing Shogun, Napoleon only and not even being interested in games that come out. I downloaded to see Dishonoured... just boring. Resembles Thief series but has none of its gameplay complexity. The atmosphere is cool but... just uninstalled it.
Rolling Eyes No challenge, nothing interesting. Games today are like the singleplayer of Battlefield 3. Rolling Eyes

If you make a game that requires thinking, you can't sell it to that many people. So yes, they are being dumbed down - they want to sell and make money. Gamer's satisfaction is secondary. By the time poor gamer realizes that the game has no value, he/she already have paid for it.
Why do you think there's no 30-day return on games???

And after they have A fucked peps several times they wonder why peps download a version first to try before paying 50-60$

Passion is needed from the makers tho i think they grow tired
Even tho the gamers Satisfaction is = money they go the other way ???

I don't even waste my time downloading anymore. I read community forums and barely care about reviews because reviews are usually BS and don't look at all aspects of a game. Forums say all.

Ha! I go ONE STEP further.. I watch all the play-thru videos on YouTube so I can just basically watch 90% of each game without downloading or investing too much time or h/w on anything. Yep.. thats what it has come down to: just watch all game walked through via streaming sites then you can basically see everything including people getting hidden loot you'd otherwise had missed anyway. Har har.
