   In Poseidon, you take control of the mythical continent of Atlantis (prior to the the sinking of course). From there you happily move your influence across the globe in 25 scenarios that fall under 4 different adventures. I mean after all, the rest of the world needs to cower and fear the gods as you do, right? You'll "enlighten" such enemies as the Mayans, Egyptians, and Phoenicians at sea with your mighty navy and on land with your archers, spearman, and charioteers. Those races you don't feel like out-right conquering, you will find more useful for trade. Especially since you are making use of new resources such as cattle, exotic stones, and weapons forged from orichalc, the mysterious metal manufactured by the smiths of Atlantis. You will also be able to build new sanctuaries and monuments to help beautify your kingdom, as well as observatories and libraries to keep those who prefer science over god-worshipping occupied.
