City police in Yokohama, Japan announced today that they arrested and raided the apartment of a 23 year old office worker. Charged with multiple counts of copyright violation, the man uploaded more than fifty console tiles to free homepage servers across America and Europe. Officials were tipped off to his activities by the webspace administrators who traced his IP address and later contacted the Japanese authorities.
