Xbox One Live Core Services are 'Limited' - console

The Xbox One Live status page reports that core services are 'limited' at this time, as Microsoft's network continues to struggle following the launch of Respawn Entertainment's critically acclaimed shooter, Titanfall. Xbox Support Tweeted to try these specific steps to get back in the game now. Follow these steps to power cycle your Xbox One Console:

1.While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.
2.The console will power down.
3.Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button.

Note If your console is in Instant-On power mode, the above steps will shut the console completely off. Instant-On mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox On," won't be enabled until you restart the console.
Major Nelson says the problems are not a Titanfall issue. You can watch this link to see when services return to normal.

Singularity - PC, PS3, Xbox 360 - Raven have stated that Singularity's main gameplay mechanism is a device, known in the game as the TMD (Time Manipulation Device). The TMD has the ability to move a single object through time, both into the future, and into the past. It can also freeze an object in time, and has an 'Impulse' function, which can be used as a weapon once upgraded. The TMD is multifunctional, as it can be used as a powerful weapon, but also as a tool in puzzle solving scenarios. The device's use as a weapon is unconventional when compared to the weapons in other games. For instance, using the TMD's "rewind" function on a human opponent will send them into a "placental" state where they revert to an almost amoebic state, before slowly dying. The device is essential for solving puzzles, such as sending a lock forward in time, causing it to rust it in real time, or sending a broken bridge backwards in time until it returns to a usable state.
