WW2RTS.com - How realistic will WWII RTS be? For example, if a tank shell hits a jeep can we expect that jeep to be destroyed and it's crew killed? Nikolay Baryshnikov - Very realistic. For example tank commander can be killed if a tank is hit by small AP round that penetrated turret, but other crew members will survive. Every hit is calculated (including the location on the target) and accurate damage effect is modeled. Furthermore you can load/unload soldiers to/from any unit. For example 2 soldiers from a mortar crew are down - you can put 2 infantry soldiers into the mortar unit or even abandon the mortar and assign its remaining crew to an infantry unit. Every soldier can be substituted on his position, though you should better keep an eye on soldiers' skill before giving him a specific weapon. :)
