GameSpy: The game blends several genres in one sitting including role-playing, adventure, third-person action etc. What extra steps did you have to take to strike a delicate balance between these genres and if you had to choose one of those genres from the aforementioned list, which would you say is the most predominate in White Fear? Dominique: Hmm. not easy. White Fear is a third-person person action adventure with an RPG twist - sort of. In fact what people need to know is that White Fear has been designed to be a gaming experience that any kind of player will enjoy and that unfolds seamlessly without effort from the player. That's the point: we don't like games where you have to concentrate to learn the controls, or a game that forces you to use gazillions of spells and items and you never understand how it all works. We wanted to make it a rich gaming experience with all the elements you mention, but make it easy to play for everyone – just pick up the paddle and play! That's the idea.
