For those who celebrate Halloween by
dressing up or passing out candy,
I wish you all a good time and safe night. Happy Halloween!!
- Yet another controversy involving Modern Warfare
2? - What do Cole Hamels of the Philladelphia Phillies,
Modern Warfare 2, and PSA's have in common? Apparently, they're all joining together
in the "Fight Against Grenade Spam" (yes, it spells F.A.G.S.). It's
strongly possible that "hidden" message was intentional.
- Bad Company 2 Limited Edition FAQ - The
Battlefield Blog has a short FAQ.
- Painkiller Resurrection co-op feature: Not so
much? - Publishers JoWood and its subsidiary Dreamcatcher
Games have been promoting their just released first person shooter
Painkiller Resurrection as having co-op support for the single player
game. But is that totally true? (thanks BigDownload)
Looks like the original Painkiller fans (count me in) are pretty disappointed
and and want refund: "No new
engine + pathetic level design + horrendous AI = W T F are you guys
charging money for?"
- Star Wars: ToR HoloNet Holds Secrets Of The Jedi
Knight - BioWare has added the Jedi Knight to the Star
Wars: The Old Republic HoloNet: "For thousands of years the Knights of
the Jedi Order have been the guardians of peace and justice in The Old
Republic. Through disciplined training and meditation, the Jedi Knights
achieve perfect union of body and mind, allowing them to meet any
situation with focused, fearless attention. Strengthened by the Force,
they are able to turn this training into brilliant displays of
lightsaber combat inspiring allies and disheartening those who would
see the Republic fall."
- Fort Zombie Trailer - This video provides a glimpse of
everything the $9.99 title offers, from shooting zombies and scavenging
around the randomly-generated town for supplies to fortifying your base
and ensuring that other survivors have proper identification before
joining the party.

Cause 2 trailer called 'No Ordinary World' shows off the
over-the-top nature of the upcoming action sequel, showing off some

Monkey Island series
- Vampire Hunters Released - Vampire
Hunters is a PC full 3D role-playing game with adventure-like
elements that will charm the player with its dark atmosphere of old
docks where a mysterious clan of vampires rages free. The exact
gameplay details are slim beyond the 3rd person view and 'ATBS' combat
and even the manual basically only reveals the presence of a standard
set of primary stats, although the mini-walkthrough looks a lot like a
classic adventure game. There doesn't appear to be a demo but the game
is available via the site for $16.99.
- Zombie Panic: Source v2.0 Early Release - The
basic idea of the Zombie Panic (download)
is to create solid game play that is based on a classic zombie outbreak
scenario, the living dead are coming for the last remaining humans, and
these survivors must fight them off and live through the day.

That's good news for people who own the console version of the
game.
