- New TF2 Spy Weapon Revealed - It's time
for another installment on the Spy Update,
bringing us the Ambassador. This is a powerful and very accurate
handgun, but since it packs a punch, it brings some heat that requires
a cool-down period.
- Death Before Dawn Video Teaser - Death Before Dawn will contain all
your favorite areas from Dawn of the Dead (the remake, not the
original) including the Crossroads Mall, Andy's Gun Shop, Anna's House,
etc.
- Zeno Clash 2 Announced - ACE Team
announces plans for Zeno Clash 2, a sequel to their recently released
combat game. Both old and new characters will be back and ACE Team says
the sequel will have a larger scope than the original. It will "feature
open ended gameplay with large explorable environments and RPG
elements." The melee combat will also get "even more brutal" in the
sequel. No release date was revealed. Accompanying the new game
announcement is a patch automatically available
via Steam for the original Zeno Clash with some changes and fixes, most
notably the addition of Health and Time counters in Challenge Mode.
- Dawn of War II Patch v1.3.2 - A new patch for Warhammer 40,000:
Dawn of War II is now automatically available
via Steam, bringing Relic's far-future RTS sequel to version
1.3.2. In addition, they’re hard at work on the 1.4 patch. It
is suppose to include 'many bug fixes, a balance update, new maps, and
some awesome new features.'
- Counter-Strike 1.6 Updated - A
rare but needed update for Counter-Strike
1.6 was just released addressing a few exploit fixes and other tweaks.
The update will be automatically applied the next time you restart your
Steam client.
- Terminator Salvation Install Problems -
Take a look at this forum thread where a number
of users are reporting an Installshield installation error with the
game, which some users have been unable to resolve, though a workaround
has been posted that has worked for some.
- Warrior Epic Launches - True Games
announces that Warrior Epic is now live, offering
a subscription-free action/MMORPG set in a fantasy-themed world. With
the beta concluded the game's item shop is now open.
- Demigod deveveloper update - In
a lenghty post on the Demigod site, Stardock CEO Brad Wardell
goes over the decisions that lead to the issues with the networking
code.
- Early Trailer for Team Ico's 'Project Trico'
Leaked? - The video shows a game that blends
the companion-based gameplay of Ico with a massive rat-like creature
reminiscent of Shadow of the Colossus. This combination has previously
