HomeLAN has posted an interview with Jarek Kolar of Pterodon as he talks about Vietcong, their upcoming military shooter set in the Vietnam War era that will be published by Gathering of Developers. In addition, this unofficial Vietcong fansite has 10 shots showing five multiplayer maps from full version of the game. Vietcong is slated for release in February 2003. Well, here is an excerpt from the interview:
HomeLAN - What multi-player options will the game have?

Jarek Kolar - There will be several multiplayer modes available. The most attractive is the co-operative multi-player. Co-op allows you to play with your friends against AI controlled opponents during several missions. There are team games with objectives that are based on the Vietnam War theme. We also plan on adding the classic Deathmatch and Capture the Flag multiplayer modes.
