Ubi Soft has released a playable demo for Uru: Ages Beyond Myst, allowing you to test out this imminent single&multi-player 3D adventure game by Cyan Worlds, that's due to be shipped to stores this week. The demo offers "only a very small portion of what awaits you; a brief doorway into what lies beneath - a vast and complex world in which endless Ages are waiting to be rediscovered by today's world." The 109MB download is available on Gigex, LoadedInc, and 3DGamers.

This game is so bad it's not worth the cost of the bag it's brought home in. The graphics are laughable and character mobility is extremely difficult. The only fun thing about this game is the creation of characters. It's all downhill after that.
