Ubisoft Is Aiming At 60FPS For PC In The Crew - briefly

Yesterday, I informed you about the 30FPS lock that is currently present on The Crew's PC beta build. While Ubi-Valentin (Ubisoft's community manager) said that the team aims for 1080p and 30fps on all platforms (PC, Xbox One and PS4), Natchai_Ubisoft (another community manager at Ubisoft) claimed that the team is actually targeting 60FPS on the PC.
The reason you could alter the FPS in the config file is because our team is actually working on getting 60FPS for PC. The reason why it hasn't been communicated before this is because we didn’t want to make a promise we couldn't deliver on.
But read this correctly:


We are aiming at a 60 FPS on PC for the launch of the game and the actual Beta doesn't represent the final game

So, I hope that helps?
The Crew will hit the PC on November 11th!

The reason it runs at 30 fps on PC is because it's a direct console port to PC.
Don't waste your time with this game.

I played the beta of this today and its crap.
I'm waiting for the console beta and if thats still crap then I'm not going to bother at all with the final version.

I had hopes for this game but after trying it out its doesn't matter if its 60fps or 10fps its the gameplay that matters and its the worst.

I'm so glad I got into this beta, now I know not to get it unless they really work on the controls as its impossible to drive in a straight line. Go have a reaad of their forums and you will see thats 1 major complaint from just about everyone is the controls suck making the gameplay suck making it a bad game.

Hmmm. Why the low framerate?

Ubisoft has been aiming for customer satisfaction as well, so I guess we all know what it means.
