Hehe, I hope by using money to help the poor she means helping them to help themselves. You can throw as much money as you want at poor people and it can help in the short term, but it will just be consumed and the problems will resurface again later. Poor people are poor for a reason, many reasons and possibly because they bought a Quad SLI rig. But seriously though it's the source of the problem that needs to be tackled if a 100 million dollars were to make any true significant impact.

Totally agree. I'd rather see the money go to cancer and HIV research and other horrible diseases. Bill Gates just threw 250 million or something to HIV..People are typically poor by their own choice. I could have been a bum but how can it be fun sitting on your arse doing nothing. Now I got a good job and have fun here combatting people on my opinions..and I got a great family and a son who continues to make me laugh and be proud of, and a wife who also is into games and puts up with my BS
