THP8 is apparently going set the bar for all boarding games with it's lush graphics, fluid animations, and updated physics engine featuring ragdoll bails. Not only has the physics engine been updated, but the entire engine itself has been fully redesigned from the ground up, offering a true next-gen experience. THP8 will utilize the latest in motion capture technology, and provide full body scans of the skaters to ensure THP8 looks as good as it possibly can. THP8 will stay true to the more current titles in the series, providing a free roaming envirmonment in which players will complete tasks, compete in tournaments, and earn cred to become the best. Players can also change character mid-game to complete certain tasks which require them to do so. You'll also be able to engage in photo shoots, and impress locals and filmers alike. For the first time in any Tony Hawk title, you will be able to move ramps and rails in pre-existing maps, and customize them to your liking.
