  • Dark Sector Trailer - The official Dark Sector website now offers development diary and teaser trailer. The trailer can also be found on FileFront.
  • Microsoft Flight Simulator X Patch -  Microsoft Flight Simulator website offers downloads of a new patches for the various language editions of Microsoft Flight Simulator X that fix a bug that prevented certain highly-detailed scenery add-ons using large satellite images from displaying correctly.
  • NHL 07 patch - EA Sports has issued the first patch for NHL 07, upgrading the 3D ice hockey sports sequel by EA Canada to an unspecified version number. This patch addresses a multiplayer desync problem on the EASO service.
  • Strategic Command 2: Blitzkrieg Super Patch - Battlefront.com and Fury Software are offering a new patch for Strategic Command 2: Blitzkrieg, updating the World War II strategy sequel to version 1.05a. It adds a ton of new features and functionality to the AI, the Editor and game itself. The SuperPatch is available on the Strategic Command 2 Blitzkrieg Downloads Page and the updated version 1.05a demo is available on this page.
  • Undercover - Operation Wintersun German patches v1.1 - dtp Entertainment has released the first patches for Undercover - Operation Wintersun, bringing the German edition of the recently released World War II 3D adventure game by Sproing Interactive to version 1.1.
  • Belief & Betrayal Italian Demo - Artematica.com has released an Italian playable demo (345MB) for Belief & Betrayal, the adventure game also known by the title Jonathan Danter.
  • Switchfire Demo - Frogster has released a demo for Switchfire, a remake of the old Amiga / C-64 vertically scrolling shooter SWIV.
  • Massive Assault Network 2 ships - The next installment in Wargaming.net's highly acclaimed strategy series, Massive Assault Network 2 is available on Direct2Drive. MAN2 is a hardcore online strategy featuring sci-fi conflicts on distant planets. You will be fighting against the world's most talented strategy players. The planets are big, the armies are vast, opponents are live, and the challenge is never-ending.
  • Supreme Commander Open Beta 11 - You can download from Fileplanet with Firefox.
  • PayPal Support On Steam - Good news for gamers without credit cards: Steam now offers support for PayPal as an alternate payment method. Every title available via Steam, including the recently released Medieval II and Dark Messiah, may be purchased with PayPal or any of the existing payment methods.
  • AGEIA Allows Use Of PhysX In PC Games Royalty Free - This new deal will allow for the PhysX engine to be included in any games without any royaly fees, which means better games and better physics for all. The previous EULA allowed for a no-fee license only if there was significant use of the PhysX hardware, this EULA removes that requirement.
  • Fight Night Round 3 'Visuals' Trailer (PS3) -  A trailer featuring over two minutes of footage on the visuals in Fight Night Round 3, with commentary from Michael Blank, Fight Night Round 3 producer.   
  • Fatal Inertia on Xbox 360 - Fatal Inertia is a sci-fi shooter which used to be a PS3-exclusive. Koei however, has spread the news that the game will be released on Xbox 360 as well. A release date is not yet set.
  • Sony Happy With PS3 Launch - SCE director of Corporate Communications Dave Karraker, had some positive comments about the launch of the PS3 this past week
  • PSone games on PSP: $5.99 to $10.99 - Sony isn't talking about release dates yet, but they are talking prices. Downloadable PSone games will be available for $5.99 to $10.99 - a little bit more than Japan's $4.50, but an incredible value compared to some of Nintendo or Microsoft's digitally distributed offerings.
  • German politicians Call for Ban on Violent Video Games - The debate over violent video games has been rekindled in Germany after a recent school shooting left students and teachers hospitalized. 18-year-old Sebastian Bosse returned to his secondary school in the town of Emsdetten yesterday and opened fire, terrifying the school and wounding several people (none have died) before taking his own life. He wore a trench coat and a gas mask, and carried smoke bombs and pipe bombs. He was also known to play video games for hours, leading several politicians to call for a ban

@PS3 Fight Night 3. That game is just totally awesome. Another game I'd just love to see them try and 'do' for PC...Hahahahahhaa! Yeah....

XXXX... We both know the PS3 has the equal of a 7900 card. Of course they could make the game for PC, but not many people could play the damn thing. :-/

i like to see them do that with a pc .
pc sucks.
gfx are better on console.

we get it you hate pc's

i dont see the problem with pcs at all.
sure i played my share of CRAP games but there are alot of good ones.
same with console not all console game are to my taste but im not gonna slam the console for it.

and if they could Do a GOOD port to fight night im sure as hell my rig could handle it no problem.
