Hardware Publishing group, have posted
a new
video preview of Crysis. In related news, The Gamer Cast Network have
kindly provided
Crysis-Online with this new video from the recent Games for Windows
event in San Francisco. From someone who has watched pretty much every
Crysis video that's been released, I must say that this is one of the most
enjoyable videos I've watched.

- Derek Smart Goes Episodic - Smart's new effort is
Galactic Command -- Echo Squad, a four-episode space-set shooter series
to be released on a monthly basis. Each episode will consist of sixteen
missions as well as multiple possible endings, and will also include
sixteen-player online deathmatch, team deathmatch, and cooperative play.
- EVE Online In Midst Of Employee Scandal? - It appears that the
game is in the midst of a scandal involving CCP employees that have
alledgedly passed in-game info and even in-game items for EVE Online to one
or more large in-game alliances.
This forum thread from CCP manager "kieron" addresses some of the issues
and states that an investigation by CCP is currently underway but apparently
it's not enough to satisfy many EVE Online players.
- Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories Coming To PS2 - Rockstar
Games has announced that it is porting its PSP action game
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories to the PS2 console. The PS2 version
is due to ship to stores on March 6 in the US and March 9 in Europe.
- EA Claims First 1080p 360 Title - The fourth game in the EA's
fast action basketball series, and the first for a next-gen console, NBA
Street Homecourt will support multiple resolutions, including 16:9 1080p at
30fps, according to further information from EA representatives. NBA Street
Homecourt is scheduled to ship for the Xbox 360 February 20, while a version
for the PlayStation 3 is currently expected to arrive at retail two weeks
later on March 6.
- PSP Firmware v3.11 - Just a few minutes ago PSP Firmware Update
v3.11 (USA

JAP) was made available via Network Update. Although there is no
official changelog just yet, at least one thing included is sure to be a fix
for the
R-TYPES freeze issue mentioned on the Japanese PlayStation site.
- WizKids Stars Wars - Collectible Pocket Model Trading Game -
WizKids Inc announced that it will release a new collectable game called the
Star Wars PocketModel trading card game (TCG). The agreement is an expansion
of Topps’ current licensing agreement with Lucas Licensing.
