Wired news has published an article called "the best games you never played". Here's a taster:

7. Bejeweled 2 (PopCap, PC)
Wired News reporter Suneel Ratan recommends this sequel to PopCap Games' popular web-based puzzler. The original ate up massive amounts of productivity with one simple rule -- line up three identical gems to make them disappear. Bejeweled 2 adds Power Gems and Hyper Cubes that destroy many more gems at once. And a new Puzzle Mode features shorter rounds that require more brainpower and strategy.
