Telltale Games Hit with Major Layoffs - briefly

According to multiple sources, Telltale Games, the creators of popular episodic adventure games like The Walking Dead, Tales from the Borderlands, The Wolf Among Us, Batman, Game of Thrones,and more are reportedly being hit with a huge number of layoffs. The Verge is reporting that the studio has laid off almost the entirety of the staff with now only a small crew of 25 members left. USGamer also stated via their own report that Telltale has effectively canceled the upcoming Stranger Things project in addition to The Wolf Among Us 2.
In related news, the company's former CEO Kevin Bruner gave a personal statement on the matter.
