Bill Gates: Next Version Of Windows "Sometime In The Next Year" - Microsoft chairman Bill Gates has stated that the next version of their Windows OS (code-name Windows 7 for the moment) could be released much sooner than anticipated

WTF.. jsut about a year for vista and there already giving up on it? wtf... im going to buy a mac.

Sabot(12:44 PM CEST - Apr,05 2008 )
Gates said that a while back that they, "wouldn't wait another 5years before releasing another OS"

Why do you think i said that the PC, as a games machine, is bleeding to death?
Gate's couldn't care less about gamers, it's ALL about profit.
Win 98SE had the LARGEST run of games and the most consistant period of gaming. XP HAD the potential to overtake it, but no....Vista kicked out the door like a cripple and patched with over 1GIG, to bring it up to what it should be
If Win 7 is due in another couple of years, PC gaming can go take a run and f**K! Sick of paying 100+ bucks for an OS and barely getting any use out of it for games

Windows 7 will have even nicer icons than Vista and it will have Aero2 and Automatic Crash Report working !

People have zero memory apparently.

It seemed fairly obvious to me that Windows Vista was going to be an OS along the same lines/quality/longevity of Windows ME. Remember Windows ME? Yeah, the POS that was almost immediately replaced.

Just an intemediary OS for Microsuck to use to cash in on the suckers who just *have* to buy every new OS that comes out.

Welcome to reality, suckers, you just bought the latest version of Windows ME. Enjoy!

Oh, and Nvidia renaming a crappy card because it's not selling well is pretty friggin pathetic too. So, I guess 9600 GSO stands for Go Screw Off, maybe Go Suck Ourselves? Assholes.
