A research firm is saying that the time spent waiting on slow loading websites adds up to 2.5 days a year. Making matters worse, the majority of people surveyed said that slow loading pages negatively affects their perceptions of the organization running the site. Ouch. FYI, the new server for Gameguru is almost ready (thanks Marek), so the website will be much faster than now :-) Also I plan to add the promised chat and other nice features. Stay tuned! ;)

Intel Launches Santa Rosa + GeForce 8 graphics processors go mobile - The overall Santa Rosa platform brings several noteworthy updates to mobile computing, too. You get a faster 800-MHz frontside bus (up from 667 MHz), support for DDR2-800 memory, an upgrade of built-in wireless capability from 802.11a/b/g to the faster draft-n, gigabit ethernet, and a new chip-set family called Mobile 965 Express. In notebook related news, Nvidia today introduced a whole lineup of mobile graphics processors based on the same architecture as its desktop GeForce 8-series GPUs.
