Wow, that guy has got to have had some serious injuries :shock: It crushed his windpipe and/or upper chest.

Lol the most i benched was about 150-160lbs

When i used to squat, i could do near 300lbs, but then that was 17years ago. Only squatting i do know is to pick up my dropped keys. :wink:
