So if I understand that article about the file sharing right, the women would have got off easier by not formatting her HDD? Because if they don't know what was on it, they then assume it had the worst of every infringement for the entire drive capacity? I hate airy fairy articles that skip every second piece of information you need in order to make proper sense of it.
