The Su-27, NATO codename Flanker, is one of the pillars of modern-day Russian combat aviation. Built to counter the American F-15 Eagle, the Flanker is a twin-engine, supersonic, highly manoeuvrable air superiority fighter. The Flanker is equally capable of engaging targets well beyond visual range as it is in a dogfight given its amazing slow speed and high angle attack manoeuvrability. Using its radar and stealthy infrared search and track system, the Flanker can employ a wide array of radar and infrared guided missiles. That's a PR bullshit way of saying that this is just a crappy port from LOMAC: Flaming Cliffs 3.

The independently developed modules for DCS, such as UH-1H Huey and MiG-21bis, are absolutely stunning in their fidelity. I've been flight simming since 1981, and those two are The Best simulations I've ever had the pleasure of flying. But this practice Eagle Dynamics has adopted of porting over decade-old planes without fluid-based flight models and without clickable cockpits so they can goose people for 10 bucks is pure bullshit.
