Prerequisites: You must start with a stable Wi-Fi connection. The offline token lasts about 14 days before needing renewal.

1. Generate the Local Denuvo Security Token
   Connect your Steam Deck to Wi-Fi.
   Launch Pragmata normally from your library.
   Wait until it fully loads to the main menu and your latest save file in the safe room.
   Save your progress, then completely exit the game.
2. Force Proton Experimental Compatibility
   In your Steam Deck library, highlight Pragmata.
   Press the Options button (gear icon).
   Go to Properties - Compatibility.
   Check “Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool.”
   Select Proton Experimental from the dropdown (it may download a small update).
3. Switch SteamOS to Offline Mode
   Press the physical Steam button.
   Go to Settings - Internet tab.
   Toggle Enter Offline Mode and confirm the Steam restart prompt.

After Steam restarts in Offline Mode, you can safely enable Airplane Mode to save battery. Launch Pragmata — it should now run offline without crashing. Repeat the token generation every ~14 days.
