Gamecloud - First, we know that you are not giving any more info on the Perception-JoWood disagreement beyond the press release but can you give us an idea on how this dispute is affecting the development of the game? Is everyone on the Perception team still on board to help complete the game? Ben Lenzo - Everything here is moving as normal. We've even made a few new hires in the last 2 weeks! The team here has been kept up to date for a long time, so they knew exactly where we were at with JoWooD. Obviously they were as shocked as everyone else at the contents of JoWooD's press release, but it has served to fire them up! Gamecloud - Can you give us an idea of how close the game is to actual completion and do you you think that with the dispute there will be more time to work on the game? Ben Lenzo - We're just shy of alpha across all skus. The PS2 version especially, is looking damn fine for a PS2 title. I think some of our outdoor areas are right up there with the best looking among PS2 titles. And for PC, the visuals will just blow you away. For all platforms, we have vast levels that go on for miles. There are a number of different planets to play through and the environments are some of the most varied and detailed we've seen in any game. The whole game is really coming together quite nicely. As for more time to work on the game, we've not gone through a solid QA session at all, but we've been looking at outsourcing that ourselves for some time, even before the "dispute," as you put it. That's probably the single biggest thing we need right now.
