Diesel, who is the founder of Tigon, the video game production company that primarily focuses on games that Diesel stars in, didn't provide any further details on the new game. When asked to tease something about it back in July, he told us, "There is this huge concept which is more of an MMO game that would be centered around people being able to play mercs, and it's basically the merc trade. And there's a very cool game concept behind that."

There was no mention of an MMO in the more recent interview, although whether that's indicative of anything remains to be seen. We've gotten no word on what platforms the new game will be for, but as games like The Elder Scrolls Online and Final Fantasy XIV are showing, consoles may not be out of the question even if it does turn to be an MMO.

The third live-action Riddick film (and the fourth movie overall), simply entitled Riddick, was released in theaters last week.
