Developer DTF Games has released four new screenshots of Stalingrad (don't be confused with Stalingrad FPS from 4X Studios), an upcoming WWII themed real-time strategy game for publisher 1C Company. The screenshots showing heavy tank KV-1 captured by Germans, He-111 bomber providing support for Wehrmacht land forces, soviet forces attacking encircled 6th Army and Romanian Wehrmacht forces fighting at the Stalingrad outskirts. The game utilizes a modified version of Blitzkrieg engine and is slated for release in September 2004.

the engine seems weak and bland. :( though the story and the game itself might be quite good. ;)

Looks a lot like "Cold War Conflict". Nw WW2 has moved on from saturating FPS games to strategy. cool. ;-)

Looks interesting.. kinda like sudden strike, Though I think it's time we saw some WWI games hitting the shelves. Some tench warfare would be a nice change in pace.
