According to this Community Chat Log with Domitille Doat, producer of Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, the Xbox and PC versions of the game have gone gold. The expected release date for the PC and Xbox versions is March 25th (26th in the UK), with the Gamecube and PS2 versions following "a little bit later". (thanks BeyondUnreal)

Wincio_Ludus: What will be the optimal spec for the PC version? We will see better the Nvidia or ATI graphic cards?

It would be a sad, sad day if the PC version didn't include the multiplayer portion of the game. Giving the history of online gaming on the PC, I'd take an educated guess and say that multiplayer is definitely being included on the PC version.

Multiplayer is included in the version. In the pc , and X box version. Be patient my friends , thius game rox a lot.

Judging by the Xbox version, it wouldn't matter if they did do a direct port, it's fantastic either way.
