As promised, Codemasters has released a playable demo of Soldiers: Heroes of World War II, allowing you to try out this 3D action role-playing strategy hybrid from Best Way. This demo contains one single player mission where you must defend your commanding officer against German attacks. The massive 225MB demo can also be found on 3DGamers, GH.

This game is great but one problem. ITS SO HARD MAKE IT A LITTLE BIT EASIER HOW COME A TANK TAKES 10 HITS FROM THE SIDE THATS THE WEAKEST PART OF THE TANK!!!!!!!!

Ive played both demos now Jared, & I think I prefer the tactical Codename Panzers. Have you also tried Hidden & Dangerous 2 ? If not, have a look/

I like Codename Panzers, probably one of the best strategy games ever. I played Hidden and Dangerous 1 and i didnt like it that much it isnt my type of game. I prefer flight simulation games, action games, strategy games, CERTAIN a.k.a. KOTOR, Role Playing Games, but not tactical squad based games where you have to plan the missions (such as Rainbow Six and HD but I do like Operation Flashpoint and SWAT).

Sides are weakest part of tanks ??? heh... i Know that rear is most weakest part of tanks try that!!! Great game!!! Little bit too hard. (Sorry my english). ((not good))
