- Age of Conan - Hyborian Adventures Interview -
Shacknews has an Age of Conan interview. The topic includes the storyline,
the singleplayer campaign, the character creation system, the AI and more.
Here's a bit about combat: You can WHACK and, with time, learn combos. The
basis for this type of fighting is the so called 'Multipoint melee system'.
This allows you to attack in six directions / locations towards your opponent.
(Up, up-left etc...) This is what will be used to create combos and special
attacks. With time you can have several combos to do, enabling you to stun,
maim or behead your opponent - all in the good spirit of Conan's brutal
fighting system.
- Fable 2 Preview (Xbox 360) -

viewing the trailer.

- New Official Battlefield 2 Map Coming -

- Short Steam News Update -
In the latest of the Steam News Updates, Valve has provided links to two
very well-done sites ( that attempt to cover the entire Half-Life saga.
They are Chan "Ventro" K's
Half-Life Saga
Story Guide and the
Wikipedia Episode One page. Note that these pages feature key story
elements from Episode One, so I wouldn't recommend reading them until after
you've played through the game.
- Half-Life 2: Episode 2 Still Due Out This Year - The newest issue
of PC Gamer magazine is now being mailed to subscribers and it has a preview
of Half-Life 2: Episode 2, the next chapter in Valve's episodic first person
shooter. Unfortuately the article states that Episode 2 is due out in April
2007. It seems to be wrong because
1Up.com
contacted Valve for confirmation and learned that Episode 2 is still
targeted for a holiday 2006 release.
